Tuesday: Multiple offers
Wednesday: House is SOLD!

Ummmm, I guess we'd better hurry and figure out where we're going to move!!!

Going on the market

So if you haven't heard, we're getting ready to list our house. We have loved this house and all of our neighbors and our wonderful ward, but we are ready to move on to something a little closer to Derek's office. Our house has 5 bedrooms and 2 3/4 bathrooms, and around 2260 square feet. It has new carpet and paint. It has a big yard and a large 2 car garage. The water heater and furnace were both replaced within the last 5 years. Let us know if you or anyone you know would be interested, we can give you a great deal if we don't need to list with an agent (but that will happen in the next couple of weeks if there's no interest from friends and family).

Our 2 car garage is extra deep with floor to ceiling shelves at the front, we can fit bikes in front of our van even with the shelves in there.
