Going on the market

So if you haven't heard, we're getting ready to list our house. We have loved this house and all of our neighbors and our wonderful ward, but we are ready to move on to something a little closer to Derek's office. Our house has 5 bedrooms and 2 3/4 bathrooms, and around 2260 square feet. It has new carpet and paint. It has a big yard and a large 2 car garage. The water heater and furnace were both replaced within the last 5 years. Let us know if you or anyone you know would be interested, we can give you a great deal if we don't need to list with an agent (but that will happen in the next couple of weeks if there's no interest from friends and family).

Living room with wood burning fireplace:

Kitchen with Corian solid surface countertops and tile floor (this style is made to look like Travertine). We have a flat top stove and dishwasher was replaced less than 4 years ago, all appliances are included:

Master bedroom (we have a queen bed for size reference):

Master bathroom with marble shower and granite countertops:

Other upstairs bathroom with new marble countertops:

Upstairs bedroom #2:

Upstairs bedroom #3, which we are currently using as an office:

Downstairs we have a huge family room (which has a huge toy closet at one end):

A huge laundry room (with a long countertop that is awesome for folding laundry!):

Cold storage area with lots of shelves (pardon our mess!):

Bathroom #3 with marble countertop and custom tile shower:

Bedroom #4:

Bedroom #5 (double bed in this room):

Our 2 car garage is extra deep with floor to ceiling shelves at the front, we can fit bikes in front of our van even with the shelves in there.

We have a huge backyard with garden boxes and mature fruit trees (cherry, apple, and plum). We also have a storage shed in the backyard:

There is even the pullout spray type that’s more like a replacement of the spray wand. A bar sink tap are usually nice improvement for the looks of the sink section if you wish to accomplish a “bar look” for your kitchen.
